What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not accepted. If there is an issue with the fitting of your wig it may be exchanged only and shipping would be your responsibility. The wig must be unworn and lace must be attached.  Email our support team to have any questions or concerns about this processed addressed. We greatly appreciate your support and cooperation.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders have a 10 days processing time to be shipped unless it is our exclusive collection which can take up to 14 days to ship. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping take 2-3 days for US residents.

What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal and Square

What if my package is lost/stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replace. 
All order will come with a tracking number.
If yo are not home on the date/time you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office.
